Craft Fair

Event Overview

• Dates: Saturday & Sunday, November 8-9, 2025

• Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (both days)

• Location: Windham High School

• Vendor Space: 6 feet deep x 9 feet wide (tables are 8 feet, if requested)

• WiFi: Will be supplied to vendors once check-in is complete

Vendor Setup

Friday Night Setup (Preferred)

• Time: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Location: Back of the high school (faculty parking lot)

• Check-In: Vendors must check in at the Booster table before unloading

• Assistance: Volunteers will be available to help unload your items

• Raffle Item: Drop off your vendor raffle item at the raffle table

Saturday Morning Setup

• Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• Deadline: All vendors must be fully set up by 9:00 AM

• Unable to Setup Friday?: Please email WindhamBoosters@yahoo.com to let us know.

• Raffle Item: Drop off your vendor raffle item at the raffle table by 9:00 AM

Vendor Rules & Expectations

• Hours of Operation: Vendors are required to maintain their booth for the full duration of the event.

• NO early breakdown will be allowed

• Breakdown begins at 3:00 PM on Sunday

• Space Guidelines:

• Vendors must remain within their assigned space boundaries

• No rearranging tables without prior permission

• Only family-friendly items should be displayed

• Please keep walkways clear for safety and accessibility

• Silent Raffle Participation:

• Vendors are encouraged to donate an item for the raffle

• This is a great opportunity to promote your business

• Drop off your raffle item during check-in or by 9:00 AM Saturday at the raffle table

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel your participation, please contact the Windham Raymond Athletic Boosters at WindhamBoosters@yahoo.com

• Full Refund: Cancellations received before September 1, 2025, will receive a full refund

• No Refund: Cancellations after September 1, 2025, will not be refunded

• No Shows: Vendors who fail to show up for the event will forfeit their right to participate in future Craft Fairs

Protection of Property

• Vendors are responsible for protecting and covering their property and inventory

• The Windham Raymond Athletic Boosters is not liable for any damage to or theft of vendors' property during the event

Compliance & Liability

• Legal Compliance: Vendors must adhere to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws

• Hold Harmless Agreement: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Windham Raymond Athletic Boosters, their officers, volunteers, and RSU14 against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from the vendor’s participation in the Craft Fair

• Risk: Vendors participate at their own risk, including any potential personal or property damage

Promotion of the Event

• WRAB Promotion: The Windham Raymond Athletic Boosters will promote the event via signage, advertising, and social media

• Vendor Promotion: Vendors are encouraged to share official WRAB posts but should not create separate event pages. Multiple event pages can confuse the community and other vendors
